This position consists of both inside and outside sales and marketing. This position involves new business production and customer retention requirements. This position customarily and regularly involves performing duties away from Midwest Heritage. The Commercial Lines Account Executive must project a positive and helpful image that enhances the overall brand image of Midwest Heritage Insurance Services. This position may also write new personal lines (home & auto) insurance products. cold calling, selling and negotiating with proven experience growing commission revenue; developing and implementing sales and marketing plans; knowledge of commercial lines property & casualty insurance products and marketplace preferred but not required; working understanding of carrier products and underwriting disciplines preferred but not required.* Must have required insurance licenses or willing to obtain within 60 days.* Willingness to acquire further certifications or state license if required.**Physical Requirements:*** This position is classified sedentary/light and requires the ability to sit for long periods of time.* Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.* Must be able to perform the following physical activities: sitting for long periods, talking (in person and by telephone), hearing and repetitive motions.**Working Conditions:*** The duties of this position are normally performed outside of Midwest Heritage with some office work.
