Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of an agency. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package
  • Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Commission: Competitive commission program for both new business and automatic renewals, evenly split within the department.
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities
  • Manage an alpha-split book of business, focusing 20% on new business and 80% on renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Work with top carriers, including Citizens, Auto Owners, Progressive, Frankenmuth, and Cincinnati.
  • Utilize the Epic agency management system to manage accounts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and carriers.
  • Proficiency in using agency management systems, preferably Epic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite four days a week, with one remote day.
