Job description

Area of practice is Personal Injury and responsibilities will include litigation and pre-suit litigation.

Responsibilities to include speaking with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other attorneys. Must have a skill set to draft pleadings, discovery, and demand letters.

Candidate will also expect to litigate cases, conduct depositions for cases in litigation, argue motions before the Court, and attend and appear for trial.
