Job Description: Legal Assistant (Civil Litigation Firm, Las Vegas)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our civil litigation firm in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of legal assistant experience, with a strong background in defense work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and contribute to our firm's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation and management for civil litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
  • Maintain and organize case files, documents, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
