We are seeking a self-motivated Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and ensure efficient case management and daily office operations in Springfield, MO.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case

• Gather, organize, and maintain case-related documentation and information

• Prepare and file legal documents and correspondence

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

• Support case progression by maintaining organized files and tracking deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant preferred
