Job description

Personal Injury Paralegal — Richardson, TX (In-Office, Full-Time)

MAS Law | Richardson, Texas Full-Time | In-Office (No Remote/Hybrid)

About the Role

MAS Law, a growing personal injury plaintiff's firm, is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Richardson office. This is an in-office position — we're building a team that works closely together, in person, every day.

If you thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment, know your way around a PI file from intake to trial (or settlement), and want to work somewhere that takes case quality seriously, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Take over case files from our case managers once a matter moves into litigation
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery responses, and litigation correspondence
  • Convert existing pre-litigation demands into Stowers demands as needed
  • Coordinate with our in-house support staff on any outstanding records, bills, or liens needed for the file
  • Track litigation deadlines and case milestones
  • Communicate directly with clients to provide case updates and gather information
  • Prepare files for attorney review, mediation, and trial
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date case files in our case management system

What You Bring

  • Required: Prior experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation
  • Strong understanding of PI litigation practice, including pleadings, discovery, and demand/settlement work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing a full caseload
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and staff
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Neos case management software

Why MAS Law

  • Established, growing personal injury firm with a reputation for thorough case work
  • Collaborative in-office culture — you'll work alongside attorneys and staff, not in isolation
  • Real opportunity to grow your skills and take on more responsibility as the firm scales

Benefits

  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Supplemental insurance options
  • 401(k) with excellent company matching

Location & Schedule

This position is based full-time in our Richardson, Texas office. Candidates must be able to work on-site — this role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

How to Apply

Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter describing your personal injury paralegal experience.

MAS Law is an equal opportunity employer.
