What You'll Do

As a Case Manager, you will play an important role in managing our clients' cases and ensuring that every case receives the attention it deserves.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing assigned personal injury cases through resolution
• Maintaining regular and professional communication with clients
• Communicating with attorneys, insurance companies, and other third parties
• Maintaining accurate and organized case files
• Tracking deadlines, appointments, medical records, correspondence, and case activity
• Following up consistently with clients and third parties
• Assisting attorneys with case preparation and case strategy
• Monitoring case progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Providing compassionate, professional, and responsive client service
• Protecting confidential and sensitive client information

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced professional who can hit the ground running.

The ideal candidate:

• Has prior personal injury case management experience in a law firm — REQUIRED
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can effectively manage a large caseload and multiple deadlines
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is proactive and knows the importance of consistent follow-up
• Is dependable, responsible, and takes ownership of their work
• Has excellent client-service skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is proficient with Microsoft Office and Neos case management software
• Understands the pace and demands of a busy personal injury practice
