Job description

Our client in Delray Beach, Florida is seeking a highly organized, polished, proactive Personal Assistant / Household Manager to serve as a trusted right hand.
This is a full-time position supporting the principal with personal errands, scheduling, household logistics, vendor coordination, property-related projects, travel preparation, and day-to-day organization. The ideal candidate is warm and personable while maintaining excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism. This person should be someone who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and make life easier.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the principal's trusted day-to-day personal assistant and right hand.
  • Manage personal schedules, appointments, errands, and daily logistics.
  • Handle returns, shopping, pickups, deliveries, and other personal errands.
  • Accompany the principal on errands and appointments as needed.
  • Assist with grocery shopping, household purchases, gifts, and event-related shopping.
  • Help prepare for family gatherings, holidays, and entertaining.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and assist with preparation before and during trips.
  • Occasionally travel with the principal as needed.
  • Coordinate household vendors, contractors, service providers, and appointments.
  • Help oversee household projects and ensure work is completed properly and on schedule.
  • Assist with bill organization, paperwork, and other administrative tasks as appropriate.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated household-management experience, including coordinating vendors, contractors, maintenance, and property-related projects.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptionally reliable.
  • Proactive and decisive with strong follow-through.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with a strong understanding of household privacy.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
