About the Role:
TALIN HOME HEALTHCARE LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregiver to join our team in Prince William County, VA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need daily support and care. Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home environment
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living space
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to prevent falls and ensure safety
  • Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
  • Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in personal care, home health, or a caregiving role preferred
  • Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
  • Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  • Must pass a background check and meet state requirements for home health aides in Virginia
