Start Date: ASAP
Location: Fairfax, VA 22031
Schedule: 3 days per week, 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 12 hours per week, with potential to increase to 15 hours per week
Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience
Benefits: 5 paid vacation days, 3 paid sick or personal days, 6 paid holidays, family vehicle available during working hours, mileage reimbursement for approved work related driving if a personal vehicle is used

Assist with light cleaning and organizing

Run occasional errands, mail packages, or complete household tasks as needed

Provide occasional homework support

Engage with two school aged boys in a warm and positive manner

Help reinforce household rules and routines with kindness and consistency

Communicate clearly with parents regarding the day’s needs, tasks, and any updates

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Family Assistant, Nanny, Household Assistant, or similar role preferred

Comfortable cooking and following recipes

Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented

Able to work independently and manage time well

College degree preferred but not required

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
