Key Process Partners is hiring a Personal Assistant to help the owner of the company with her work-life balance. Jen lives in Highland, Maryland and has three dogs that are very sweet and energetic. Jen is looking for assistance around the house with maintaining a clean and organized home, with housekeeping responsibilities such as loading/unloading the dishwasher, washing pots and pans, laundry, vacuuming, and walking the dogs. In addition, dogsitting/housesitting while Jen travels on business, up to 7-10 nights a month.This job would be in person, in Highland Maryland (in Howard County near Columbia). It is a part-time job approximately 20-25 hours a week. The ideal schedule would be 2p-530p Monday through Friday, and 12p-6p Saturday or Sunday. Target start date is August 10, 2026.About Jen: Jen is a female in her early 40s who runs a business advisory consulting company. She has been a business executive for 10+ years and enjoys working with people. She works from home but often has meetings or events during the day or evening.Job duties would include:Dog care - Feeding the dogs, taking them on short walks around the yard, playing with them, etc.Staying overnight with the dogs while Jen is out of townLight household cleaning - vacuuming, wiping down kitchen surfaces, taking out the trash, dusting, laundry, making beds, loading and unloading the dishwasher, handwash items, etc. (She has an outside cleaning service as well for deeper cleaning)Errands (grocery shopping, taking items to the post office, picking up dry cleaning, etc.).
