We're on the hunt for a talented, licensed Virginia cosmetologist or esthetician who brings existing lash extension skills to the table. Bonus points if you also have experience with lash lifts, brow and facial waxing - but above all, lashes are your passion and your craft!

What We're Looking For:

• Active Virginia cosmetology or esthetics/aesthetics license (Required)
• Hands-on experience with eyelash extensions - classic, volume, hybrid, mega volume  (lashes are our #1 priority!)
• Experience with brow lamination, brow and facial waxing is a major plus
• Flexible availability including some weekday evening hours (2-8 PM) and at least one weekend day to get your books filled fast
• A warm, upbeat, and personable attitude - our clients love a great vibe!
• Strong customer service and communication skills with clients, management, and teammates
• Professional appearance and a clean, organized workspace at all times
• Reliable personal transportation
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Your Day-to-Day:

• Deliver exceptional eyelash extension services using our premium products - classic, volume, hybrid, mega volume, and more
• Perform lash lifts, brow lamination, brow &  facial waxing services (can train)
• Consult with clients to customize and elevate their experience
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommend retail products they'll love
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
