Rightway Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking dynamic Personal Care Assistants to support physically or mentally challenged clients in their everyday lives. This is more than just a job, the fulfillment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this position. If you’re a compassionate and positive person, who enjoys helping others, then this is a job for you. We expect you to be dedicated, reliable and possess excellent communication skills. Experience caring for the elderly or disabled will make you a strong candidate. Most of the clients need coverage a few hours daily, seven days a week. 
 
Key responsibilities are:
  • Medication reminders.
  • Daily personal cares.
  • Cook meals according to dietary restrictions.
  • Ambulation and other supportive services as needed.

Skills set needed:
  • Caregiving experience dedicated in providing the best care.
  • Positive attitude, Self-motivated and a Team player.
  • Multi-tasking, Detail-oriented, Communicate effectively.

Requirement:
  • PCA Certified.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A reliable vehicle.
  • Covid-19 Immunization.

We have Clients in Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding areas.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
  • Client located in Robbinsdale-11 hours/weekly (split between Sat & Sun).
