• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, such as relationship issues, family dynamics, and personal struggles.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and therapy sessions in compliance with confidentiality and legal standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record system.
• Engage in continuous professional development through trainings and workshops, keeping abreast of the latest evidence-based practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere by actively participating in clinical meetings, peer reviews, and sharing insights to foster a culture of learning.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse population of clients, including families seeking to improve their dynamics, couples navigating life's challenges, and individuals pursuing personal development. You will address a variety of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and trauma. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline is required.
• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Maryland is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in applying evidence-based clinical practices to support client outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team structure.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in therapy practice is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), is advantageous.
• Experience with documentation and record-keeping within an electronic health record (EHR) system.

The annual salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
