• Conduct initial assessments and connect with clients to understand their unique situations and mental health needs.
• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions through our telehealth platform, customizing your approach for different formats and client dynamics.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals, strategies, and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Monitor client progress continuously and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed, timely, and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in alignment with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health trends and best practices through ongoing professional education and peer collaborations.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adults, and families from varied cultural backgrounds. Our services cater to individuals experiencing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health disorders. The LPC will bring a culturally sensitive approach, recognizing the importance of integrating each client's unique life experiences into their treatment process.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated ability to employ various therapeutic techniques tailored to meet clients’ unique needs.
