Their responsibilities typically include helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. PCAs also provide companionship and may help monitor the client's health and report any changes to family members or medical professionals. This role is essential for those who are elderly, disabled, or have chronic illnesses, enabling them to maintain independence and quality of life.

What are some common challenges personal care aides face when supporting clients in their homes?

Personal Care Aides often encounter challenges such as adapting to different home environments, managing clients' varying levels of mobility, and addressing emotional needs while maintaining professional boundaries.
