Elegant Treatz is seeking a full-time Personal Bakery Assistant to support daily production and deliver exceptional baked goods in a fast-paced onsite environment.
Position SummaryAs a Personal Bakery Assistant, you will assist with the preparation of baked items and help maintain consistent quality from start to finish. You’ll work alongside the bakery team to ensure products are prepared on time, stored properly, and handled with care to meet customer expectations.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in food quality, enjoys hands-on work, and is ready to support a team in a busy production setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with food preparation tasks including measuring, mixing, assembling, and portioning ingredients
Support daily production runs by following batch instructions and maintaining consistent results
Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked to support efficient workflow
Help with safe food handling practices, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients
Assist with packaging and labeling of baked goods for order readiness
Respond to customer inquiries and help ensure customer needs are met
Keep track of inventory and assist with restocking as needed
Run errands and handle travel arrangements as required
Ability to perform hands-on, repetitive production tasks in a commercial bakery environment
