Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
  • Deliver comprehensive written feedback to validate or adjust clients' search preferences
  • Draft and negotiate offers for the sales agent and clients
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
  • Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team guidelines
  • Take part in team events as per team standards
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
