What is a personal assistant?

The job of a personal assistant is to meet the needs of the client. Personal assistants can work in a business context, assist with personal tasks, or help with a combination of both business and personal tasks. A personal assistant may be required to make phone calls, write emails, organize schedules, run errands, and make appointments.
