Job description

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of persona-based engagement programs across priority executive personas. This role is a strategic orchestrator and executor - you will define how AWS builds, nurtures, and deepens relationships with priority personas, while also serving as the single point of contact for Persona Based Programs at AWS re:Invent.
Key job responsibilities
Build and execute end-to-end engagement strategies for priority personas, defining how AWS connects with each audience across the full year
Develop comprehensive program strategies with clear workstreams, timelines, success metrics, and engagement orchestration plans
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all Persona Based Programs at AWS re:Invent (e.g., executive roundtables, persona-specific sessions, intimate networking moments, CxO experiences)
Serve as the single threaded leader coordinating across internal teams (sales leadership, field marketing, event operations, speaker management, content/messaging) and external partners
Define the persona program format, executive-level content strategy, customer targeting criteria, and attendee experience from invitation through post-event follow-up
Research and maintain deep knowledge of priority personas, industry trends, and executive decision-making dynamics to inform proactive strategy
Make data-driven recommendations for account prioritization, customer targeting, and engagement opportunities across personas
Evaluate and iterate on the persona portfolio - recommending which personas to invest in, how deeply, and why based on business impact and capacity
