About the Role

Persona AI is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap. As Head of Product, you will own the entire product lifecycle—from conception through market success—and drive the company's growth by delivering innovative solutions that solve complex customer problems.

What You Will Be Doing Product Strategy & Vision
  • Develop and communicate a clear, compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product direction
  • Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility
  • Establish product KPIs and metrics to track progress against strategic objectives
Product Development & Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to translate vision into shipped products
  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives and manage dependencies across teams
  • Conduct regular product reviews and iterate based on user feedback and performance data
  • Make data-driven decisions using analytics, user research, and qualitative feedback
Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Build deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and workflows through direct engagement
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and advocate for user-centric solutions
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, investors, and leadership
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback from sales, support, and user research teams
Team Building & Management
  • Build and mentor a high-performing product team (PMs, researchers, designers as applicable)
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and customer obsession
  • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for direct reports
  • Recruit top product talent to support team scaling
Business Impact
  • Contribute to revenue growth through product innovation, pricing strategy, and market expansion
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential product adjacencies
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of competition
What We Are Looking For
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead product role
  • Proven track record of shipping successful products and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Deep understanding of software product development, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize complex information
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, marketing, and sales
  • Customer empathy and UX sensibility with commitment to user-centered design
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capabilities
  • Clear communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven products (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with AI/ML product management or AI-driven platforms
  • Background in startup environments or early-stage product scaling
  • Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, or related technologies
