Job description

Do you want to take the first step in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant?

Training will be provided!!

We provide you with the education and the skills to become a Patient Care Attendant. Once a Patient Care Attendant you can work side by side with a Certified Nursing Assistant and perform the following duties:

  • Make an Occuppied or Unoccupied Bed
  • Pass Fresh Ice Water
  • Pass Meal Tray/Open cartons & packets
  • Check Resident Temps
  • Perform 1 (One) person transfers
  • Reposition resident in bed/float heels
  • Transfer resident to a wheelchair using a gait belt
  • Oral Care/Denture Care (alert residents)
  • Provide a Bed Bath/Perineal/Catheter Care
  • Change an incontinent brief
  • Assist resident with dressing
  • Assist with hearing Aids
  • Assist resident to bathroom/bedpan/urinal (1 person assist)

You will be required to pass the Florida State CNA Exam within 4 months.

Other Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be able to pass a Level II background check

Must be able to pass a drug screen and be medically cleared
