The Center for Personal Growth Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our dedicated team. Counselors will utilize secure video conferencing, electronic records, and telehealth platforms to perform assessments and deliver therapy sessions.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, identifying areas for immediate support and long-term healing.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique goals and challenges of each client.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions employing a range of therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referrals for additional support services when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with all legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that clients’ rights and privacy are upheld.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case consultations, and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An active and independent LMHC license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in addiction therapy or a related area.
• Strong empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• Previous experience in telehealth or virtual counseling settings.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies specifically related to addiction and trauma.
• A history of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams in mental health services.
