The Center for Personal Growth Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our dedicated team. This full-time telehealth position offers an opportunity to provide critical support and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with addiction and emotional distress from the comfort of their own homes, facilitating healing through virtual means.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, identifying areas for immediate support and long-term healing.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique goals and challenges of each client.
  • Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions employing a range of therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referrals for additional support services when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with all legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that clients’ rights and privacy are upheld.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case consultations, and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
