Job description

Education: High school diploma or equivalency.
Licensure/Certification: Must be current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant. Must be current in BLS/CPR.
Experience: Previous clerical and/or nursing assistant experience helpful. Orientation is provided through a preceptorship program at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
Mental/Physical Effort: Work performed is varied in nature and requires close attention to details, accuracy and organization skills. Must be able to adjust to stressful situations. Work is normally performed in standing or sitting position with periods of physical exertion, walking, bending, kneeling and lifting. Use of good body mechanics is used when lifting and transferring patients.
