If you’re someone who enjoys leading projects, building strong client relationships, and guiding a team through the full land development process, this role puts you in that position. At Warehaus, our civil team manages a wide range of projects, and we’re looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership and keep things moving.


The role, at a glance

This position is responsible for managing land development projects from early planning through permitting and construction. You’ll lead coordination across clients, agencies, and internal teams while overseeing budgets, schedules, and overall project execution.


What you’ll do
  • Manage land development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional markets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships
  • Develop and manage project proposals, scopes, budgets, and schedules
  • Lead federal, state, and municipal permitting processes
  • Oversee project execution from pre-construction through closeout
  • Coordinate internal project teams and delegate work as needed
  • Oversee QA/QC to ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables
  • Coordinate with subconsultants and external partners
  • Support and mentor team members as they grow

What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years of experience managing land development projects
  • Strong understanding of the permitting process and regulatory environment
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and project scopes
  • Proven ability to lead projects through successful delivery
  • Experience working with clients and building relationships
  • Ability to manage and guide team members
  • Experience managing projects in Pennsylvania
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in PA preferred
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D a plus
