Our client, a leading growing CPA firm, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their team. This role has a flexible hybrid work environment in the heart of Green Hills, Nashville, with a strong commitment to work-life balance. Their 1,200 billable-hour expectation supports high performance without sacrificing personal and family time. Permanent direct hire role.

  • Review complex tax returns, including 1120S and 1065 entities

  • Mentor and develop Managers and Staff within a 35-person tax department
  • Research complex tax matters and provide practical guidance
  • Partner with firm leadership on department growth, succession planning, and technical excellence
  • Support high-level client advisory and strategic tax planning initiatives

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Tax Manager

  • 10+ years of public accounting experience
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required
  • Strong expertise in partnership and S-corporation taxation
  • Experience with real estate partnerships and 1031 exchanges
  • Estate, trust, and exit-planning exposure preferred
