Permanent Remote Call Monitoring information

What is a permanent remote call monitoring?

A Permanent Remote Call Monitoring job involves listening to and evaluating customer service or sales calls from a remote location on a long-term basis. The main goal is to assess call quality, ensure compliance with company standards, and provide feedback to improve customer interactions. These professionals use specialized software to access recorded or live calls, document their observations, and sometimes report findings to management. This role is often fully remote and can be full-time or part-time, depending on the employer's needs. It requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer service protocols.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a permanent remote call monitoring specialist?

To thrive as a Permanent Remote Call Monitoring Specialist, you need strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience in quality assurance, typically supported by a background in customer service or call center operations. Familiarity with call monitoring software, CRM systems, and reporting tools is essential, and certifications in quality assurance or call center management can be advantageous. Exceptional communication, objectivity, and problem-solving skills help you provide constructive feedback and foster continuous improvement. These skills ensure that customer interactions meet company standards, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a remote environment.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals in permanent remote call monitoring roles, and how can they be managed?

Permanent Remote Call Monitoring professionals often navigate challenges such as maintaining consistent attention to detail during lengthy call reviews and adapting to evolving company protocols. Working remotely can also make it harder to communicate quickly with team members or receive immediate feedback. To manage these challenges, it's important to establish a structured daily routine, leverage digital collaboration tools for team communication, and regularly review updated guidelines. Staying proactive about feedback and participating in virtual team check-ins can also help maintain quality and foster a sense of connection.

Job description

About ClearPath Partners
ClearPath Partners (clearpathpartnersllc.com) is a buy-side deal origination firm. ClearPath Partners works with a select group of elite acquirers and reach out directly to business owners to identify and qualify the right opportunities. We do it the old-fashioned way: by phone, by relationship, one real conversation at a time. We are seeking a full-time Senior SDR (cold caller) to join our team remotely.
Role Overview
As a Senior SDR, you will generate new opportunities by cold calling business owners, introducing our mandate plainly, and qualifying fit before an introduction is made. The list, tools, script, training, and everything you need will be provided. You bring the conversations. This is not a turn-and-burn dialing role. Our target lists are tight and highly researched, which means most of the owners you reach are a strong potential fit. Your job is to call efficiently, listen closely, ask good questions, and capture the few data points that matter. We want someone who looks at who they are calling, not someone racing to hit a dial count.
Sr. SDR Compensation Details:
On Target Earnings: $120,000
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Commission / Variable: $40,000 - $50,000 (uncapped)
Location
Fully remote (U.S.). This role works Eastern or Central business hours.
Other Benefits:
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) with employer match.
  • Health/wellness stipend (Gym Membership)
  • Full remote equipment setup (laptop, dual monitors, headset).

Core Responsibilities: This is a cold calling heavy role centered on quality conversations with business owners.
  1. Cold Calling: Work through a tight, well-researched list of business owners. Call efficiently and thoughtfully rather than chasing raw volume.
  2. Completions and Qualification: Have real conversations with owners, assess timing and fit, and capture the key data points that determine whether an opportunity moves forward.
  3. Set up introductions: Turn a qualified conversation into a clean hand-off to the team.
  4. Follow up: Stay on top of "not now" contacts and circle back at the right time.
  5. Collaborate with leadership: Share what you are hearing in the field, test new messaging, and help sharpen the approach.
  6. Maintain clean notes: Log activity and outcomes so the team has full visibility (based on the training you will receive).

Key Skills: Does this sound like you?
  • Cold calling confidence.
  • High situational awareness on a cold call (you know when to stay and when to let go).
  • Excellent verbal communication over the phone.
  • Comfortable talking with business owners and earning their respect quickly.
  • Efficient and thoughtful, not just high-volume.
  • Coachable, beginner mindset with pro-level skills.
  • Organized: you will use our disposition and note-taking process.
  • Able to absorb messaging and translate it into natural conversation, and pivot as needed.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of outbound cold calling experience.
  • Experience calling on business owners.
  • Works Eastern or Central time zone hours.
  • Will not require citizenship sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or at least two years of work experience.
  • Fits into our salary, commission, and OTE range.

If you are ready to have your sales career take off, we encourage you to apply. Our interview process looks like this (and moves quickly)

  2. 10 minute intro phone call to align on your background and role specifics.
  3. Live Calling Session: a 3 hour live cold calling interview. You will actually experience the program firsthand.
