The Job
We are seeking a high-performing Corporate Development Associate to join our Corporate Development team. This role is designed for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment who are looking to transition into an operating role with direct exposure to senior leadership.
The role offers meaningful ownership across corporate strategy, M&A, capital allocation, and strategic planning, with frequent interaction with the executive team and cross-functional leaders. This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy solving complex, unstructured problems and translating analysis into action.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Analytics
  • Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including long-range planning, portfolio strategy, and growth opportunity assessment
  • Conduct analyses on market trends, competitive dynamics, customer economics, and capacity expansion
  • Develop structured insights to inform executive decision-making

Financial Modeling & Valuation
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including operating models, investment cases, ROI / IRR analyses, and scenario modeling
  • Evaluate capital allocation decisions across organic growth, M&A, and partnerships
  • M&A and Strategic Transactions
  • Support end-to-end execution of M&A, divestitures, and strategic partnerships
  • Coordinate diligence, valuation, and integration planning
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external advisors
  • Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers/ teammates and leaders across the organization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate development, or related roles
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred
  • Experience with infrastructure, data centers, energy, or capital-intensive businesses
  • Exposure to M&A, strategic investments, or corporate planning
