As a Maintenance Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting the maintenance and operational efficiency of our organization's physical facilities and manufacturing equipment. YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related engineering roles
• Knowledge of building systems, manufacturing equipment maintenance, and safety regulations
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems, troubleshooting tools, and basic engineering software
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

WE VALUE

• Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing facility environments
• Familiarity with energy-saving initiatives and sustainable maintenance practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to facility and equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in facility operations

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is <$67,700 - $86,100>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans and schedules to ensure facilities and equipment are maintained effectively and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support the engineering team in troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing facility systems and manufacturing equipment to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in inspections and quality assessments to identify maintenance needs and ensure that corrective actions are taken promptly.
