Job Title: Litigation Paralegal – Catastrophic Injury
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000

Our client is a well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm based in Philadelphia, PA. Known for handling complex civil litigation and catastrophic injury cases, the firm offers a collaborative team environment, meaningful casework, and hybrid flexibility. This is a newly created growth role added to support expanding attorney caseload.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation from case intake through trial and settlement
- Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions
- Organize and summarize medical records
- Calendar deadlines and manage case timelines
- Perform legal research
- Handle e-filing in Pennsylvania courts
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience; catastrophic injury strongly preferred
- Plaintiff-side
- Trial experience preferred
- Proficiency with Filevine and PA eFiling preferred
- Strong skills in legal document preparation, drafting, and document review
- Solid knowledge of Pennsylvania court procedures and legal terminology
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree required
