Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5:00pm
Pay rate: $ 15.00hr
Join our team! We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Clerk to help keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry to record and retrieve real estate information
✅ Verify property ownership and other important records for accuracy
Maintain and update filing systems
Process applications and issue permits, including:
• Mobile Home Licenses
• Building Permits
• Flood Zone Permits
• Driveway Tile Applications
• Special Assessment Applications
• Appeals Applications
Answer phones and assist customers professionally
️ Complete general office duties, including typing, filing, copying, and scanning documents
