In this role, you'll be an essential member of the perioperative team, supporting surgeons, nurses, and patients through a variety of outpatient surgical procedures in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center.

What You'll Do
As a Surgical Technologist, you will provide technical support throughout the perioperative process under the direction of a Registered Nurse and according to accepted clinical standards of care.
Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing surgical instruments, supplies, equipment, and operating rooms
  • Establishing and maintaining sterile fields
  • Anticipating the needs of the surgical team during procedures
  • Assisting with specimen preparation and disposition
  • Supporting inventory management of sterile supplies
  • Maintaining knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
  • Assisting with patient transport, as needed
Qualifications
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology Program

OR
  • Completion of a military or hospital-based training program with at least five years of acute care Surgical Technologist experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong understanding of sterile technique, instrumentation, and operating room procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to teamwork and exceptional patient care
