The Brand Ambassador will acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.
RESPONSISBILTIES
Enhance the client experience

โ€ข Makes every client interaction a personal and seamless experience
โ€ข Exhibits behaviors that support client satisfaction goal (KPI)
Boost sales through omni channel and out of home base selling
โ€ข Educates self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policy and services
โ€ข Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge
โ€ข Recommends merchandise based on expert product knowledge and client preferences
โ€ข Graciously takes returns and offers options based on client's needs
โ€ข Takes an omnitude approach to identify and recommend merchandise across all channels
โ€ข Utilizes selling tools and store technology to sell across all channels effectively
โ€ข Promotes benefits of the AYS program
โ€ข Achieves personal sales and boutique KPI goals
Cultivate and grow client base
โ€ข Cultivates the client relationship through personalized connection
โ€ข Acquires and builds client base primarily through forming relationships with new clients and maintaining / retaining/building spend of existing clients
โ€ข Ability to strategize own business and be self-motivated; takes initiative to increase individual productivity through out-of-home-base selling and strong client relationships
โ€ข Utilizes digital tools to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary
โ€ข Proactively utilizes mobile devices and selling technology to communicate with clients and expand business
Champion operational excellence
โ€ข Assists in operational tasks (actively maintains selling floor, back-of-house, fills in stock, upholds health and safety precautions, assists with visual merchandising, returns merchandise to other departments)

REQUIREMENTS
โ€ข Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail industry; beauty experience a plus
โ€ข Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
โ€ข Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
โ€ข Industry awareness and strong business acumen;
โ€ข Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills;
โ€ข Passion for the Beauty and Fragrance Industry;
โ€ข Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.

The salary offered will be determined based on candidates' relevant skills, experience, and geographic region. We leverage salary transparency in every market for a seamless candidate experience.
