Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Prepare and compound fragrance formulas accurately based on perfumer instructions
  • Weigh and handle raw materials in accordance with good laboratory and manufacturing practices
  • Support fragrance development across fine fragrance and home care/fabric care applications
  • Prepare and deliver fragrance samples for internal evaluation and application testing
  • Apply fragrances into various bases, ensuring correct preparation, conditioning, and labeling
  • Manage raw materials, including labeling, shelf-life control, replenishment, and contamination prevention
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and support housekeeping and inventory control activities
  • Complete administrative processes related to compounding, sampling, and laboratory workflows
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental (SHE), and sustainability standards

  • High school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent
  • Early career experience ( at least 1 year, including internships) in a laboratory or technical environment
  • Basic understanding of chemical handling and safety protocols

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
