We are currently seeking a talented Mid to Senior level Windows System Administrator Engineer to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for delivering top-quality results and taking on new challenges. 
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement. 
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in Windows Server architecture, engineering standards, and operational procedure
  • Demonstrated experience and abilities to a​​​​​​n Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance   
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • An active Secret security clearance is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications and/or further education relevant to this role is desired. 
Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance
  • Perform system health monitoring and proactively address issues that could impact operational stability
  • Conduct performance assessments and capacity planning to support long-term infrastructure scalability
  • Serve as a technical contributor responsible for the stability, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise Windows-based infrastructure
  • Provide deep technical expertise in the design, configuration, and administration of Windows systems while supporting enterprise initiatives that ensure resilient, secure, and scalable environments
  • Demonstrate strong technical proficiency, sound operational judgment, and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory services including domain services, Group Policy administration, and access controls
  • Implement identity and access management best practices in coordination with enterprise security policies
  • Execute Windows patch management activities including scheduling, testing, deployment, and compliance verification
  • Support vulnerability remediation efforts in coordination with cybersecurity teams
  • Ensure systems remain compliant with enterprise patching and security standards
