About the Team

As a Product Manager on our Finance Data Platform team, you will drive key components of the strategy for the central engine that fuels Capital One's financial and regulatory reporting. Collaborating with a team of engineering and data analysts, you will manage the lifecycle of how massive data volumes are sourced from every line of business across the enterprise and published with high quality for Finance consumption. You will contribute to the literal center of our financial ecosystem, helping scale the robust data pipelines that drive executive decisionโ€‘making and regulatory trust.

Basic Qualifications
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Masterโ€™s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary ranges by location:
    • McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100
    • Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000
    • Cambridge, MA: $164,800 - $188,100
  • Eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
