Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Performance Testing with Java Production Support professional for a full-time position in Irving, TX. The role involves maintaining and implementing test automation frameworks, conducting load and stress testing, and identifying performance bottlenecks to enhance system responsiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain, design, and implement test automation frameworks for a continuous integration and execution model.
• Create automation tests by analyzing user stories, acceptance criteria, creating initial test designs, writing scripts, installing the automation testing protocols, and reporting results
• Load and Stress Testing: Design and execute load and stress testing scenarios using K6 and JMeter to validate the platform's ability to handle increased loads.
• Performance Tuning: Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement performance tuning strategies to enhance system responsiveness.
• Involve in Agile ceremonies.
• Coach and mentor, follow up, and feedback of team members.
• Willing to go an extra mile to complete things right and fast.
