Job Detail:

Position: Performance Tester 

Location: West Orange, NJ

Duration: 6 months

 Job Description: 

The Performance Test Engineer will be responsible for conducting Performance tests on FSAM suite of applications using Load Runner or similar standard tools. Measure performance of applications, generate performance metrics, and work with engineering/development teams for resolution. Should be able to understand system monitoring, troubleshooting and documenting test scenarios by simulating production like scenario.

The key objectives of the role are:

Responsibility to conduct Performance testing on FSAM applications

Full Accountability on identifying performance bottlenecks and generate metrics

Willingness to work on odd hours when needed considering global team

Proactively identify issues and suggest possible solution

Co-ordination with enterprise infrastructure teams

Experience in conducting functional and UAT testing

Provide analytical and technical guidance to the team and recommend and/or take action to direct the analysis and solutions required, Come up with a plan to automate testing activities

The candidate will work closely with the other project team members to deliver the working solution and test process for the access management solution. The candidate will also work closely with our information security group, IT policy owners, end user technologies specialists, and application architects.


Technical Skills & Role Requirements:

Overall Performance Testing Experience: minimum 4 to 8 Years

HP - Load Runner Experience: Must be Minimum 3 years

HP-ALM experience: Minimum 2 years

Experience in Test Automation: preferred

Identity & Access Management /Information Security Domain Experience preferred

Should have in depth knowledge and Experience in LR Scripting

Multiple Protocol exposure (Web services, ODBC and Web and etc.

MS SQL, Oracle sql experience, XML and shell scripting

Unix/Linux

Server Monitoring and Analysis

Strong experience with technologies such as LDAP, Active Directory, RSA Access Certification

Manager (Aveksa), Dell One Identity Manager, SharePoint, Unix and Windows Server Platforms

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in Identity and Access Management

Strong experience in monitoring and enterprise infrastructure including extracting and visualizing meaningful statistics

Experience in the Financial Services sector or another similarly highly regulated sector


Education:

Bachelors or Master's degree level in Computer Science, or a related discipline, from an accredited college or university.

Relevant professional certification, etc. also beneficial.
