Technical Architect D365 SCM
Role Overview: The Technical Architect will own solution architecture, technical delivery, and integration landscape for the CDPH SCM solution. This role involves hands-on SCM configuration, development leadership, and guiding the core implementation team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define end-to-end architecture for D365 SCM, Power Platform, and integration layer.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance.
  • Lead D365 SCM implementation across Warehouse Management, Inventory, and Order Management with an OOTB-first approach.
  • Manage integrations with HAMRRS, FedEx, Salesforce, FDA/EPCIS using Azure API Management and MuleSoft.
  • Drive DSCSA implementation (EPCIS, TI/TS, traceability).
  • Design barcode-driven workflows.
  • Oversee development (X++, UDE, Power Platform extensions, CI/CD governance).
  • Lead SIT/UAT/performance testing, release management, and environment setup (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod).

Experience Requirements:
  • 12-16+ years in IT.
  • 8+ years in D365/ERP.
  • 3-5 years in a Technical Lead role.
  • Strong SCM and integration background.
