Job Description Performance Test Engineer, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Create and execute load andperformance scenarios/scripts approach across the enterprise and work on projects of diverse scope andcomplexity. Provide suggestions for the framework and approach across application product teams.

Befocused and hands-on in enterprise level performance tools both in the cloud and on-premises systems.Design and write test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures. Perform test execution and analysis ofperformance test results. Work across multiple protocols and systems to ensure overall systemperformance and application response.

Optimize performance of test execution through innovation. Helpdefine SLAs and ensure the System Under Test (SUT) can meet those SLAs. Identify performancebottlenecks and utilize performance test results to recommend infrastructure adjustments.

Maintain ahands-on involvement in test execution, test automation and risk coverage analysis. Report any concernson testing preparation, quality, or timelines to Test and Project Management. Complete post projectdefect analysis for possible improvements.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.
