Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $26.38hr - $31.38hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting OneSource Tax Determination applications.
  • Experience with Oracle R12 integration and EB Tax.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, system testing, and change control processes.
  • Experience with application support, system administration, and incident management.
  • Knowledge of user access management, role provisioning, and security controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, FDA validation, or similar environments.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience supporting OneSource Tax Determination in an enterprise information systems environment.
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors for issue resolution, releases, and upgrades.
  • Experience working with compliance, audit, and validation processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for the OneSource Tax Determination application.
  • Perform incident triage, issue escalation, and resolution coordination.
  • Manage system availability, performance monitoring, and operational support.
  • Administer user access, role provisioning, and deprovisioning.
  • Support SSO, authentication, and security-related configurations.
  • Monitor and support integrations between OneSource and enterprise systems, including Oracle R12.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to EB Tax within Oracle R12.
  • Act as the primary IT liaison with the vendor for support cases and escalations.
  • Review release notes and assess impacts of SaaS releases and updates.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and regression testing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with change management, validation, and documentation procedures.
  • Maintain system architecture diagrams, configuration records, and support documentation.
  • Support risk assessments and mitigation planning for system changes.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to system controls.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as the OneSource IT subject matter expert.
