What is performance monitoring in a remote work setting?

Performance Monitoring in a remote work setting involves tracking and assessing employees' productivity, work quality, and overall effectiveness while they work from locations outside of a traditional office. This typically includes using digital tools to monitor key performance indicators, project progress, and communication patterns to ensure goals are being met.
