Manager Note--Performance Tester, LoadRunner, JMeter JVM, Kubernetes/OpenShift (OCP)

Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Performance Engineer who goes beyond traditional testing. This is a lead-level role requiring deep expertise in performance engineering, including scripting, tuning, analysis, and providing strategic recommendations.

The current workload is extensive, so we need someone who is highly independent, proactive, and capable of taking full ownership of performance initiatives with minimal oversight.
