Position Overview

Fund Metrics Specialists support investment and portfolio teams by analyzing fund-level performance, tracking key financial metrics, and producing actionable insights for management and investors. Key Responsibilities
  • Track and analyze fund-level performance metrics, including IRR, MOIC, ROI, and other KPIs

  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, models, and reports for fund performance and investor communications

  • Validate and reconcile fund data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fund reports for internal stakeholders and external investors

  • Monitor capital flows, allocations, and liquidity metrics across funds

  • Support scenario analysis, forecasting, and stress testing to assess fund performance under different conditions

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in fund performance and portfolio allocation

  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and investment teams to streamline reporting processes and data management


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of fund structures, investment performance metrics, and portfolio analytics

  • Experience or coursework in fund accounting, investment analysis, or financial reporting (preferred but not required)
