Job description

  • Analyze performance metrics across functional areas to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Develop and present reports to support informed business decisions
  • Lead process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Monitor program performance and drive resolution of post-implementation issues
  • Advise on project risks, compliance, and best practices
  • Communicate with stakeholders and influence decision-makers to align strategies and processes
  • Evaluate and enhance Walmart Seller Support business processes
  • Streamline seller contacts and improve seller experiences on Walmart.com
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 6 monthsโ€™ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area; or 2.5 yearsโ€™ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area
  • Expertise in process improvement and organizational change management within complex business environments
  • Strong proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma methodologies, including root cause analysis and process mapping
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data trends, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing change initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and executives
  • Project management and risk mitigation skills
  • Ability to align operational strategies with business objectives
