Provide analytical and functional support in the area of Gas Delivery Performance Management within the SAP FICO module. Maintain, collect, summarize, and analyze work order performance and data results. (i.e. O&M $/Units/Hrs, Capital $/Units/Hrs, Overhead $/Units/hrs, third party $/hrs, etc.) Maintain key performance metrics and measures that feed gas delivery scorecards. Prepare reports (daily, monthly, annually and/or ad hoc) either oral or written (text, spreadsheets, charts, website, and analyses) for Gas Delivery Management personnel, highlighting the data. Major duties include monthly preparation and follow-up variance analyses of key gas delivery financial operations reports including accountability O&M, Appliance Service Income Statement, Capital, and Overheads.
Job Responsibilities
Work with internal support staff, outside vendors, consultants and contractors (e.g. IT Contractors, Consultants, Technical Writers, Design & Publishing Firms, Software Developers, Staffing consultants/firms, Technical Consultants as appropriate). As an employee of PSE&G, you should be aware that during storm/outage restoration efforts, you may be required to perform functions different from normal operations and your regular work schedule. You may also be required to work in an alternate location.
Job Specific Qualifications
Requirements:
BS / BA degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Accounting, or similar degree in related field with relevant work experience
Work experience for an analyst can range from 2 to 5 years.
Demonstrated analytical ability.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience in developing or documenting processes and procedures (e.g. develop, update, publish {electronic and hard copy} and/or archive OEM-type documentation.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to build strong relationships with OEM Document Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must foster an inclusive work environment and respects all aspects of diversity. Must demonstrate and value differences in others' strengths, perspectives, approaches, and personal choices
Desired:
Broad based business experience and knowledge of PSE&G operations.
Track record of managing complex multi-disciplined projects.
Advanced Excel skills

Knowledge and experience working with Electronic Content Management (ECM) systems such as SharePoint and FileNet.
Proven expertise in gathering business requirements, building sites and training clients.
