Sr. Director of Marketing
Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000

We're looking for a Director of Marketing who will lead this work across our growing portfolio of restaurant brands. This leader will be responsible for building and executing enterprise-wide marketing strategies that drive traffic, strengthen brand identity, and deliver measurable business results.
We are looking for a leader who can think creatively, act decisively, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-unit restaurant environment where no two days look the same.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute marketing strategies that support company growth, mission, and brand direction.
  • Develop KPIs and success measures across multiple business units aligned with revenue, traffic, and guest engagement goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, guest behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Lead development and execution of integrated marketing plans across multiple restaurant brands and business units.
  • Translate campaigns into clear, actionable plans with defined timelines, deliverables, and ownership.
  • Coordinate priorities across brands to maximize impact, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Oversee execution across digital, social, local store marketing, promotions, and community engagement channels.
  • Own and manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize ROI and growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Senior Marketing Managers while building strong external agency and vendor partnerships.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, Training, Culinary, and Executive Leadership to support business priorities, including openings and brand initiatives.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or retail environments.
  • Experience leading marketing managers or multi-level teams.
  • Strong background in brand strategy, campaign execution, and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing marketing budgets and vendor/agency relationships.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, multi-brand environment.
