Job description

We're seeking a Senior Email Marketing Strategist to help develop and execute high-performing lifecycle marketing programs for our clients. As a performance marketing agency, we believe every marketing initiative should contribute to measurable business outcomes, and Email & SMS play a critical role in helping our clients maximize lead value, strengthen customer relationships, increase retention, and drive revenue growth.

In this role, you'll develop lifecycle strategies and translate them into campaigns, automations, customer journeys, and testing programs that improve performance across the customer lifecycle. You're comfortable developing customer journeys, digging into campaign data, identifying opportunities for optimization, and presenting recommendations directly to clients. You thrive in an agency environment, enjoy solving complex marketing challenges, and take ownership of delivering high-quality work that produces meaningful results.
