Position Title: General Manager (GM)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000
Location: Lake Tahoe AleWorX Reno, Nevada
About Us: Lake Tahoe AleWorX is renowned for its high-quality wood-fired pizzas, self-serve beer wall, and chef-inspired salads. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our operations. We offer a unique dining experience with both indoor and outdoor seating options in the picturesque settings of Stateline and South Lake Tahoe.
Position Summary: The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Lake Tahoe AleWorX, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and leading a team of dedicated employees. The GM will uphold the company's philosophy, policies, and procedures to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
As our AleWorX Reno GM, you will be responsible for overseeing 3 primary operational components: 1) Interior Restaurant 2) Roofdeck 3) Entertainment venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily operations, including food and beverage service, staffing, and customer relations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
    • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving supplies.
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and beverage costs.
  2. Leadership and Team Development:
    • Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and service quality.
  3. Customer Experience:
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
