The Performance Marketing Supervisor will lead the strategic execution and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns to drive measurable growth and ROI. This role oversees a comprehensive portfolio including SEM, Paid Social, CTV/Linear TV, and Affiliate Marketing, ensuring all channels align with broader brand objectives. You will be responsible for managing high-level budgets, analyzing cross-channel performance, and guiding a team to achieve aggressive acquisition and retention targets.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across SEM (Google/Bing), Paid Social (Meta/TikTok), CTV/OTT, and Affiliate networks to meet KPIs.
  • Oversee significant media spend, implementing fluid budget reallocations based on real-time performance data and attribution modeling.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and synthesize complex data into actionable insights and executive-level reports to guide marketing spend.
  • Manage relationships with external media vendors and affiliate partners to ensure brand alignment and maximize lead generation quality.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing assets and conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align paid efforts with organic social, email, and traditional marketing initiatives for a cohesive brand presence.
