Minimum Qualifications:
- EDUCATION: BSN (or other bachelor's degree) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years clinical experience as RN staff nurse. Experience in Med/Surg, ER, SCU and OB preferred.
- LICENSURE: Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse from the State of Iowa.
- CLINICAL COMPETENCY: Able to maintain basic nursing competency in Med/Surg, ER, OB, SCU in order to offer hands on support to nursing staff. Ability to interpret telemetry required.
