Job description

Business and technical project management skills are vital to Logic 20/20's success and in order to continue and accelerate our growth, we are looking for project managers to add to our Seattle, WA, based team.
Project managers are responsible for delivering client value and ensuring high client satisfaction and must be able to lead team of 2-15 people in size and be familiar with managing teams both locally and virtually. Experience in leading multiple small projects/teams is preferred.
The ideal candidate is expected to be adept at recognizing, subscribing and applying project management best practices, methodology, and tools and techniques to meet client requirements, timelines and budgets.
The ideal candidate for this role has held a variety of leadership and management roles within aggressive growth organizations, often where business needs and gaps drive both process and project and technological improvements. They will have experience bridging and driving both business and technical audiences to successful program, project and associated process improvement completion.
The ideal candidate will likely have the following types of characteristics and experience:
  • Successful work driving change and project results within organizations containing ambiguity and changing requirements
  • Experience delivering projects and solving problems within mid to large size organization utilizing disparate tools and methodologies
  • Experience prescribing and implementing lean thinking and fast track project management techniques
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality projects on time and budget in adverse environments
  • Ability to drive, inspire and manage client, management and project team confidence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Although the ideal candidate will likely have some specific technical experience or SME work in their background, (s)he is most likely to identify themselves as a generalist/entrepreneur with broad skills across technology and business.
Core responsibilities for this position include:
  • Drive multiple large scale projects from initiation to delivery
  • Act as the primary client interface with clients as required on project matters
  • Develop and manage project life cycle document sets customized to meet the needs of the client
  • Provide standard project control documentation such as schedules, status reports, budgets, risk mitigation and communication plans
  • Identify, forecast and manage project resources necessary for project completion
  • Ability to be flexible and juggle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Communicate technical issues to non-technical users
  • Identify business and technical impacts of user requirements and incorporate them into project schedule

Skills & Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management leadership experience
  • 2+ years consulting experience, preferably at a "Big 4" or similar firm
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and to independently handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • An undergraduate degree is required
  • Ability to work and travel regularly anywhere in the greater Seattle region on long-term assignments
  • Experience in SCRUM and/or SixSigma is desirable, as well as formal training in project management
